Rave Builder LLC (“Rave Builder,” “we,” “us”) is a California limited liability company. We build websites, review systems, and follow-up automation for local service businesses.
This policy covers three groups: visitors to ravebuilder.com; businesses that hire us (Clients); and people who contact a Client through a website or messaging system we operate for that Client (Client Contacts).
For Client Contacts, the Client decides how that information is used and we act as their service provider. Questions about how a specific business uses your information should go to that business.
3. What we collect
From site visitors: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and anything you enter into a form here, typically name, business name, email, and phone.
From Clients: business and contact details, billing information (handled by our payment processor, we do not store full card numbers), credentials for services you ask us to connect, and the content you give us to publish.
From Client Contacts: name, phone, email, message content, call and text records, appointment details, and review activity submitted through a Client’s site or phone number.
4. Calls and text messages
We operate phone numbers, missed-call text-back, and SMS follow-up on behalf of Clients. Because of that, this section matters more than the rest.
You will only receive automated texts from a Client’s number if you gave that number and agreed to be contacted. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Calls to or from numbers we operate may be recorded or transcribed. California requires all parties to consent, so where a call is recorded you will be told at the start and may decline.
5. How we use information
To deliver and support the services; respond to inquiries; send service and billing notices; route and follow up on leads for a Client; request reviews where a Client has turned that on; improve what we build; detect abuse; and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Service providers
We rely on third parties to run the service, including GoHighLevel for CRM and automation, Twilio for calls and messaging, Stripe for payments, HostGator for hosting, and Google for analytics and Business Profile access. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
7. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic function and analytics. You can block them in your browser, though some parts of the site may stop working.
8. How long we keep it
Client account and billing records are kept while the account is active and for seven years afterward for tax and legal purposes. Client Contact data is kept while that Client’s account is active. On written request from a Client we will return or delete their data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of certain uses. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify who you are before acting. If your information reached us through a Client’s site or phone number, we will pass your request to that Client.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change and material changes will be posted here.
