Subprocessors

Running a website, a lead inbox, and a business phone number means using other companies' infrastructure. Section 21 of our Client Agreement commits us to hold every subcontractor to the same data obligations we take on ourselves. This page names them, so that commitment is something you can check rather than take on faith.
Who we use, and for what

What none of them get
Text message consent records are never shared with anyone outside the providers that actually carry the messages. No provider on this list receives your customer data for its own marketing, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Changes
We may change providers, and we will update this page when we do. Because the providers we use are operational rather than contractual, a change here is not a change to your agreement and does not require notice under Section 30. Section 20 of the Client Agreement covers what happens when a provider has an outage or changes its own terms.
